Behind the Brand:

A Signature TRUTH Session with Cleancut Interiors

Edmonton branding photographer Emilie Iggiotti takes Cleancut Interiors through a Signature TRUTH branding session — capturing the people and vision behind YEG's leading design-build firm.

There's something quietly powerful about a business that has been shaping Edmonton's spaces for over two decades and still leads with design first.

That's Cleancut Interiors. And when they came to me for their Signature TRUTH branding session, I knew the images needed to carry the same intentionality their work does.

Design First. Everything Else Follows.

If you've seen Cleancut's work — the clinic renovations, the high-end residential transformations, the commercial spaces that actually function the way people live and work in them — you already know they're not cutting corners. This is a team that doesn't separate design from construction; they run it as one seamless process, from concept through to the day you walk in and exhale because it's exactly right.

Their tagline isn't just copy. "Design first. Everything else follows." is how they operate. And when a business is built on that level of intention, the people behind it have a presence that's worth capturing.

What a Signature TRUTH Session Is About

My Signature TRUTH branding sessions are built on one premise: your brand imagery should look like you. Not a stock photo version of your industry. Not a polished, performative version of your business. You, the real people, the actual energy, the thing that makes someone choose you over everyone else.

For Cleancut Inreriors, that meant making space for the confidence and calm that comes from knowing your craft inside and out. Over 20 years of experience in Edmonton's design and renovation industry doesn't make you stiff, it makes you certain. And certainty photographs beautifully.

Why Branding Photography Matters for Design Professionals

Edmonton is full of contractors. It is not full of design-led renovation firms who can take a project from Vision Session to completion without the client ever having to manage two separate teams, translate between a designer and a builder, or wonder if the vision is getting lost somewhere in the process.

That distinction matters. But it only lands if the person looking at your website, your Instagram, your Google listing can feel it before they ever book a call.

Branding photography is how that feeling gets communicated. It's how the expertise becomes visible. It's how someone scrolling at 10 pm, wondering if they should finally do the renovation, decides that Cleancut Interiors is the team they want in their home.

YEG's Design-Build Firm, Seen Clearly

Cleancut Interiors serves residential clients undertaking major transformations and commercial clients who need spaces that perform, both in Edmonton and the surrounding area. They are, in the truest sense, concept-to-completion partners.

It was an honour to bring that story to life through imagery.
